This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Trivamor Private Limited ("Staizz", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Staizz website (www.staizz.com), mobile applications, and all related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any part of Staizz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently.
  • Minors may use the platform only under the supervision of an adult.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
  • By using the platform, you represent that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Staizz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated.

4. Services Provided

Staizz acts as an intermediary platform connecting you with travel service providers including:

  • Airlines (domestic and international flight bookings)
  • Hotels and accommodations (powered by B2B supplier networks)
  • Ground transportation (cabs, buses)
  • Holiday packages and curated travel experiences

We facilitate bookings but are not the direct provider of these services. The actual services are provided by third-party vendors.

5. Booking & Payment Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the service provider.
  • Prices displayed are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is received.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless a "Hold" option is available.
  • All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners.
  • Convenience fees, service charges, and taxes are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the terms of the respective service provider (airline, hotel, etc.) and our Cancellation Policy. Key points:

  • Refunds are processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
  • Processing time for refunds: 7-14 business days depending on the payment method.
  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or failure to utilize booked services.

7. User Obligations

  • You shall not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • You shall not use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools on our platform.
  • You shall not post false reviews or misleading information.
  • You shall carry valid identification documents as required for travel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Staizz, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Trivamor Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Staizz shall not be liable for:

  • Service disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by third-party providers
  • Loss of baggage, personal belongings, or travel documents during travel
  • Natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through:

  1. Mutual negotiation between the parties
  2. Mediation by an agreed-upon third party
  3. Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, and courts in Ahmedabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

Staizz reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
